UAP Constraints for passwords:
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Can't contain all or part of the account name of the user
- Must contain characters from three of the following four categories :
- Uppercase characters from the english alphabet (A to Z)
- Lowercase characters from the english alphabet (a to z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphanumeric characters (such as !, $, #, %)
- A new password cannot be changed again before 10 days
